The new AccuLoop has extremely low self-discharge compared to conventional NiMH batteries. Example: if charged today, AccuLoop will store this energy content for about 1 year with only 15-25% loss of performance (conventional NiMH batteries often lose their charge after just a few weeks or months). Therefore, this new NiMH+ AccuLoop battery is almost fully operational even after 6-9 months, for example.
These cells can be charged with almost all conventional NiMH chargers. For optimum performance and maximum service life, we recommend the AccuPower AccuManager20 (APLG2001) chargers, as these AccuManagers are ideally suited to the requirements of this new generation of NiMH+ batteries.
