ACCUPOWER as a partner of the ACstyria mobility cluster

Graz, June 13, 2024 – The latest issue of Steirische Mobilität, a magazine published by ACstyria that showcases the latest developments and companies in the mobility industry, has just arrived hot off the press. Issue 1/2024 features a double-page spread on ACCUPOWER and its close collaboration with AVL List GmbH.

The AMEX+: Uninterrupted measurements at AVL

In cooperation with AVL, we developed a high-performance battery that is specifically designed for uninterrupted operation.

AVL List GmbH is one of the world’s leading Austrian companies in the fields of testing, development, and simulation in the automotive industry. These tests often last several hours without interruption.

For this purpose, a battery was required that could run without interruption during the test phase.
The solution: the ACCUMOTION EXTENDER+, or “AMEX+” for short, consisting of a combination of several batteries that can be replaced during operation, enabling unlimited testing time.
This solution is crucial for the accuracy and reliability of emission measuring devices and supports compliance with environmental standards.

ACCUPOWER in automotive

With the development of AMEX+, ACCUPOWER has joined the automotive industry, which has now opened up the opportunity to become a partner of the ACstyria mobility cluster.

The network, consisting of around 300 Styrian companies from the aviation, rail systems, and automotive industries, acts as an interface between business, development, research, industry, and public institutions.

The latest issue of ACstyria Magazine Steirische Mobilität features a detailed presentation of ACCUPOWER and also discusses the collaboration with AVL.
